We can make a programme about you, but we'd rather help you make a programme about yourselves. It's an opportunity to tell people what you do, how you do it, and why you do it.

There's a different programme each week, broadcast on Monday evening at 8 and Wednesday lunchtime at 1.30.

Groups often use them to appeal for volunteers or publicise a service, but they can be used for other kinds of message too. The one thing they can't be used for is an appeal for funds.
